Peter Eldridge BA(Hons) DipArch(Hons)(Greenwich) RIBA - Elected 1995

Peter Eldridge started his architectural training at South Somerset District Council in the Architects Department. He Left SSDC to further his architectural studies in London. During his training he worked for Harrods Ltd in Knightsbridge in the Architects Department and carried out a number of architectural and interior projects.

He left Harrods in 1989 to join a well-known international practice in Kensington, Michael Brown Associates. Ltd. Whilst at Michael Brown Associates he undertook a number of projects up to the Value of 4 million. The work consisted of refurbishment of industrial buildings, converting and building individual residential properties both in the United Kingdom and in Portugal.

He was made Associate Designate of the Portuguese office where he was responsible for design, controlling projects, meeting international clients and providing project management for a new golf complex development and several individual private villas. He left Michael Brown Associates in 1996 and returned to the UK to start Peter Eldridge Architect in Sherborne, Dorset.

Rachael Eldridge BA(Hons) Art History

Rachael Eldridge studied at Sotheby's Institute of Art in 1985/6. Trained in various Art Galleries/Fine Art Establishments in London. Worked for Harrods, Knightsbridge, Fine Art Valuation Department & Advertising. She later joined the Victoria & Albert Museum in South Kensington where she worked in the Sculpture Department. She has an honours degree in Art History. She now works for Peter Eldridge Architect as Commercial Director.
